He was accessible anytime I had a question or needed something, and provided a personal concierge-level type of service. I have worked with realtors in the past, but in the future, the only realtor I will consider working with is the DMV Closer, better known as David Kyle.
I would highly recommend David Kyle. The DMV Closer was able to get me 15K over asking price and was only on the market for 5 days. His staging team was awesome as well! My house looked better staged than when I lived there.

David is very attentive and detail-oriented. He held an open house every weekend to make sure potential buyers had plenty of opportunities to see the property. He was available when I called, needed someone to be at the house for repairs, or had questions, which made me feel like I was his only client. I have a deaf dog that gets anxious around new people. David was there for every showing, making sure he was comfortable. I had a great experience and will be working with him again in the future!
